MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202544020142 A) filed by Xiamen Hithium Energy Storage Technology Co. Ltd., Fujian, China, on March 6, for 'lower plastic member, end cover assembly, energy storage device, and power consuming apparatus.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This disclosure discloses a lower plastic member, an end cover assembly, an energy storage device, and a power consuming apparatus. The lower plastic member for the end cover assembly of the energy storage device comprises a body, an explosion-proof countersink, a first countersink, a second countersink, a first pole boss, and a second pole boss. The body comprises a first surface and a second surface that are opposite to each other; the explosion-proof countersink comprises a first top face and a first bottom wall; the first countersink comprises a second top face and a second bottom wall; the second countersink comprises a third top face and a third bottom wall; the first pole boss comprises a fourth top face and a fourth bottom wall; the second pole boss comprises a fifth top face and a fifth bottom wall. Notably, the first surface, the second bottom wall, the third bottom wall, the fourth bottom wall, and the fifth bottom wall all have a first surface roughness; the second surface, the first bottom wall, the first top face, the second top face, the third top face, the fourth top face, and the fifth top face all have a second surface roughness; the first surface roughness A and the second surface roughness B satisfy A B."
