MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517084512 A) filed by C4X Discovery Limited, Manchester, U.K., on Sept. 5, for 'macrocyclic alpha4beta7 integrin inhibitors.'
Inventor(s) include Hynd, George; Blaney, Paul Matthew; Beaumont, Michael; and Kern, Oliver Thomas.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to compounds that are a47 integrin inhibitors. The compounds have the structural formula I defined herein.
