Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Marine Floating Body, And Marine Floating Body Array With Wave Protection Wall And Wind Protection Method Using Same' Filed by Biohaven Environmental Solutions (ZHEJIANG) Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517095442 A) filed by Biohaven Environmental Solutions (ZHEJIANG) Co. Ltd., Zhejiang, China, on Oct. 4, for 'marine floating body, and marine floating body array with wave protection wall and wind protection method using same.'

Inventor(s) include Xu, Yunyou; Xu, Weiteng; He, Xin; Gu, Huiya; Xu, Danping; and Wang, Mixue.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A marine floating body, and a marine floating body array with a wave protection wall and a wind protection method using same. The marine floating body can float on the surface of the sea, and comprises an air chamber (1), and a wall face enclosing the air chamber (1), wherein the wall face comprises a top face (11) and a side face (12), a photovoltaic assembly being fixedly mounted above the top face (11), and a one-way air intake valve (2) being provided on the side face (12)."

The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 15, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/139160.
