MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511127071 A) filed by Rayat Bahra University; Bahra University; and Rayat Bahra Professional University, Mohali, Punjab, on Dec. 15, 2025, for 'mesh cleaning assistive device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A mesh cleaning assistive device comprising an elongated body 101 having a first end attached with a handle 102 to acquire a secured grip, a frame constructed of plurality of plates 103 installed on a second end 104 of body 101, a microphone 105 embedded in body 101 to provide voice command for cleaning mesh, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 106 to detect curvature of mesh, a motorized hinge joint 107 to align plates 103 with mesh surface, a plurality of motorized brushes 108 to dislodge debris trapped within the mesh pores, a suction unit 110 to extract detached debris, a chamber 112 configured with an electronically controlled sprinkler 113 for allowing easy dislodging of aid debris from mesh, a holographic projection unit 114 providing guidance to the user in performing cleaning."
