MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517095054 A) filed by Daikin Industries, Ltd., Osaka, Japan, on Oct. 3, for 'method, facility management device, and program.'

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "In the present disclosure, a model data point on the user interface side and a device data point on the facility equipment side are automatically associated with each other. The present disclosure provides a method by which a facility management device for managing facility equipment associates a model data point for holding data used in an application for monitoring and controlling the facility equipment with a device data point for holding data to be input or output from the facility equipment installed in a property, wherein the model data point and the device data point are associated with each other by a control unit on the basis of identification information assigned to the model data point and the device data point."
