According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to the technical field of communications. Provided are a method and apparatus for determining capability information of a terminal, and a storage medium, which are used for improving the transmission quality of uplink transmission, and improving system transmission throughput. The method comprises: determining that a terminal supports uplink STxMP transmission; determining that the sum of transmission powers of different antenna panels of the terminal, which is under the STxMP transmission, is greater than the maximum transmission power, which is determined on the basis of the power class of the terminal; determining capability information of the terminal, wherein the capability information is used for indicating that the maximum transmission power of each of the plurality of antenna panels of the terminal, which is under the STxMP transmission, supports full-power transmission, and the full power is determined on the basis of a PA capability of each of the plurality of antenna panels or the power class of each of the plurality of antenna panels; and sending the capability information to a network device."
