MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517044542 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on May 8, for 'method and apparatus for node in wireless communication.'
Inventor(s) include Wu Keying; and Zhang Xiaobo.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present application discloses a method and apparatus for a node in wireless communication. A first node receives a first information block and first signaling and receives a first signal in a first time window or sends the first signal in the first time window. The first information block is used for determining a first time domain resource and the first signaling comprises scheduling information of the first signal; the first time domain resource comprises at least one symbol and the first time window comprises at least one symbol; the first signal carries a first TB; the size of the first TB is a first TBS; the first overhead is used for determining whether the first TBS the first overhead and the first time window are overlapped with the first time domain resource. The method optimizes TBS determination and improves the resource utilization rate while ensuring good compatibility."
