MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517046068 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on May 13, for 'method and apparatus for wireless communication.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for wireless communication. The method comprises: a node first receiving a first information block, the first information block being used for determining a first timing advance value; starting or restarting a first timer in response to receiving the first information block; and then sending a target signal, wherein whether the first timing advance value is used for the sending timing of the target signal is related to a time domain resource occupied by the target signal; when the time domain resource occupied by the target signal belongs to a first time domain resource set, the first timing advance value is used for the sending timing of the target signal; and when the time domain resource occupied by the target signal does not belong to the first time domain resource set, the first timing advance value is not used for the sending timing of the target signal. The present application improves the timing advance determination mode in a sub-band full multiplexing scenario, thereby improving the overall performance and flexibility of a system."
