MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517044952 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on May 9, for 'method and apparatus used in communication node for wireless communication.'
Inventor(s) include Yu Qiaoling; Song Shulin; and Zhang Xiaobo.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus used in a communication node for wireless communication. A first node performs an operation on a first PDU the first PDU including a first protocol header set and a first unit wherein the operation is a reception or the operation is a transmission; the first protocol header set comprises at least a first protocol header and a second protocol header; any protocol header in the first protocol header set belongs to a first protocol layer the first protocol layer being not higher than the SDAP sub layer and the first protocol layer being not lower than the MAC sub layer; each protocol header in the first protocol header set indicates a first unit. With the present application the transmission time delay is lowered the switching is reduced and the coverage performance is guaranteed."
