MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517038254 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on April 21, for 'method and apparatus used in node for wireless communication.'
Inventor(s) include Wu, Keying; Wang, Ping; and Zhang, Xiaobo.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus used in a node for wireless communication. The method comprises: a first node receiving a first information block and first signaling, wherein the first information block is used for determining a first time-domain resource, and the first signaling is used for determining a first time window set, the first time window set comprising K time windows, and K being a positive integer greater than 1; and respectively sending K signals in the K time windows, wherein each of the K signals carries a TB, a first signal among the K signals carries a first bit block, and the first bit block comprises UCI; the K time windows are divided into a first time window subset and a second time window subset, and each time window in the second time window subset overlaps with the first time-domain resource; and a signal, which is only sent in the first time window subset, among the K signals is used for carrying the first bit block. The method increases the resource utilization rate, and ensures the transmission reliability of UCI."
