MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517054350 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on June 5, for 'method and apparatus used in node for wireless communication.'
Inventor(s) include Liu, Zheng; and Zhang, Xiaobo.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus used in a node for wireless communication. The method comprises: a node receiving a first information block and receiving a first DCI format, wherein the first DCI format at least comprises a first domain, and the first information block is used for determining whether the first DCI format comprises a second domain; and the node sending a first PUSCH, wherein a waveform used by the first PUSCH is a target waveform, and the target waveform is one of X1 candidate waveforms. When the first DCI format comprises the second domain, the second domain comprised in the first DCI format is used for determining the target waveform from among the X1 candidate waveforms. A target size is equal to the size of the first domain comprised in the first DCI format, and the target size is equal to one of X2 candidate sizes; and the target size is equal to the maximum candidate size among candidate sizes, which correspond to the X1 candidate waveforms, among the X2 candidate sizes. The present application ensures correct reception of DCI."
The patent application was internationally filed on July 25, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/109138.
