MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517073527 A) filed by Lg Electronics Inc., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Aug. 1, for 'method and device for hyperblock structure-based transmission or reception in ultra-wideband wireless network system.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed are a method and device for hyperblock structure-based transmission or reception in an ultra-wideband wireless network system. A method performed by a first device in an ultra-wideband (UWB) wireless network system according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: generating an information element (IE) including a device list related to a ranging block by means of the first device; and transmitting a frame including the IE to one or more second devices. The ranging block may be one of one or more ranging blocks in respective hyperblocks."
