MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517085662 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on Sept. 9, for 'method and device used in node for wireless communication.'
Inventor(s) include Hu, Yang; and Zhang, Xiaobo.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method and device used in a node for wireless communication. A first receiver receives a first PDCCH and a second PDCCH; and a first transmitter sends a first PUSCH and a second PUSCH, the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH respectively scheduling the first PUSCH and the second PUSCH, wherein the first PDCCH ends at a first symbol, and the second PUSCH starts earlier than the end of the first PUSCH; and whether the second PDCCH can end later than the first symbol is related to whether the second PUSCH overlaps with the first PUSCH."
