Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Method And System For Controlling A Heat Pump' Filed by Gea Process Engineering A/S

MUMBAI, India, June 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517049355 A) filed by Gea Process Engineering A/S, Soeborg, Denmark, on May 22, for 'method and system for controlling a heat pump.'

Inventor(s) include Bellemo, Lorenzo; and Krauthammer, Esben.

The application for the patent was published on June 20, under issue no. 25/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure relates to a method (too) for controlling a heat flow of a heat pump, the method (too) comprising: measuring (110) an output parameter (26) associated with an amount of process heat provided by the heat pump to a consumer; controlling (120), based on the measured output parameter (26), an amount of input heat provided to the heat pump."
