MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202527068385 A) filed by Vortex Ag, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, on July 17, for 'method and system for treating fluid.'
Inventor(s) include Srapyan, Srapyan Oganes; Novikov, Nikolaevich Nikolai; and Weimer, Waldemar.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A fluid treatment system comprises a swirling apparatus which forms a helical flow, induces turbulence and cavitation, and centrifugally drifts foreign material contained in the fluid toward a periphery of the helical flow. A tapered hollow structure separates the helical flow into an inner flow within the hollow structure and a peripheral flow outside the hollow structure, wherein an amount of the foreign material is higher in the peripheral flow than in the inner flow. A first outlet discharges the inner flow, and a second outlet discharges the peripheral flow."
The patent application was internationally filed on Dec. 28, 2023, under International application No.PCT/IB2023/063315.
