MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517070493 A) filed by Lg Energy Solution, Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on July 24, for 'method for forming patterns on electrode and method for manufacturing electrode.'
Inventor(s) include Kim, Soon; Choi, Kyuhyun; Chung, Changkwon; Gu, Jaeon; and Chun, Dong Jae.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A method for forming patterns on a traveling electrode by providing an active material on a current collector, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: (A) moving a doctor blade to a traveling electrode so that the tip of the doctor blade faces a current collector; (B) maintaining a state in which the doctor blade has been moved to the traveling electrode for a first predetermined period; and (C) moving the doctor blade in the opposite direction from the electrode."
The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 08, 2024, under International application No.PCT/KR2024/001959.
