According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a method for generating source code from one or more blocks of a block diagram that comprises at least two blocks and at least one signal link between blocks. The optimization according to the invention comprises detecting at least two parallel control flow branches which read or write, identifying an operation that accesses the variable, checking a cost criterion, and reproducing the operation in the at least two parallel control flow branches when the cost criterion is satisfied. The invention further relates to a method for configuring a control device, to a computer program product, and to a computer system."
