MUMBAI, India, Nov. 21 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517098022 A) filed by The Japan Steel Works, Ltd., Tokyo, on Oct. 10, for 'method for manufacturing sheet, apparatus for manufacturing sheet, and sheet.'
Inventor(s) include Ishiguro, Ryo; and Kimura, Koichi.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 21, under issue no. 47/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "In the present invention, a sheet is stably manufactured even when using a liquid material having a low viscosity. This method for manufacturing a sheet comprises: (a) a step for making adjustment to a liquid material LM containing a raw material so as to have a viscosity of 100000 mPa s or less; (b) a step for performing, by means of a coating machine 13 and in a sheet-like manner, coating using the liquid material LM to form a coating body; (c) a step for solidifying the coating body to obtain a sheet 50; and (d) a step for winding the sheet 50."
