The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention proposes a method for manufacturing a sintered ore having a high yield using a high-crystallization-water iron ore powder and a carbon material having a low combustion start temperature. A method for manufacturing a sintered ore in which an iron ore raw material, an auxiliary raw material, and a carbon material having a combustion start temperature of 550 C or below are blended, the iron ore raw material containing 40-60 mass% inclusive of a high-crystallization-water iron ore powder containing at least 4 mass% of crystallization water, the high-crystallization-water iron ore powder being a single brand in which the ratio of granularities less than or equal to 0.15 mm is 10 mass% or more, or a mixture of a plurality of brands containing 50 mass% or more in total, relative to the high-crystallization-water iron ore powder, of brands in which the ratio of granularities less than or equal to 0.15 mm is 10 mass% or more."
The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 09, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/040405.
