MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517057272 A) filed by Siempelkamp Maschinen- Und Anlagenbau Gmbh, Krefeld, Germany, on June 14, for 'method for producing particles for the manufacture of a material board, and material board.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a method for producing particles for the manufacture of material boards, wherein the particles are fibres or contain fibres, and wherein the particles are created from vegetable starting products in a treatment process which comprises at least a thermal process step for breaking down the starting products. A material mixture of at least two different plant types is used as starting products, and the different starting products of the material mixture are broken down in a common treatment process which comprises at least the thermal process step, wherein the starting products of the different plant types are selected and/or are pretreated such that in the common treatment process, particles with homogeneous properties are created."
