MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517066503 A) filed by Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki Kaisha, Aichi, Japan, on July 11, for 'method of producing electrode,production system,and electrode.'
Inventor(s) include Mimura, Tetsuya; Ikeda, Takenori; Yamakita, Masashi; and Moriyama, Satoshi.
The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This electrode manufacturing method comprises the following (a)-(c). (a) Prepare a base sheet. (b) Prepare an active material film. (c) Attach the active material film to the base sheet by passing the base sheet and the active material film through a roll gap. The base sheet includes a first area and a second area. The second area has a greater arithmetic average roughness than the first area. The second area is adjacent to the first area. In (c), the active material film is selectively adhered to the first area among the first area and the second area."
