MUMBAI, India, Aug. 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517044959 A) filed by Passage Bio Inc., Philadelphia, on May 9, for 'method of purifying full recombinant aav particles.'
Inventor(s) include Jenkins Ronald; Singh Nripen; Collier Aaron; Kumar Supriya; and Lu Bin.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 1, under issue no. 31/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided herein are methods for purifying recombinant adeno associated virus (rAAV) particles using chromatography in a large scale.
