MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517054111 A) filed by Shanghai Langbo Communication Technology Company Limited, Shanghai, on June 4, for 'method used for nodes of wireless communication and apparatus.'

Inventor(s) include Jiang, Qi; and Zhang, Xiaobo.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed in the present application are a method used for nodes of wireless communication and an apparatus. The method comprises: a node first receiving a first signaling, the first signaling being used for determining a first time-frequency resource set; and then determining a first power value and a second power value, and sending in the first time-frequency resource set at least the former among a first sub-signal or a second sub-signal, the first sub-signal and the second sub-signal respectively corresponding to two transmission blocks. The first sub-signal uses the first power value, and the second power value is associated with the second sub-signal. The first signaling is used for determining a first reference signal resource and a second reference signal resource, the first reference signal resource and the second reference signal resource are respectively used for determining the first power value and the second power value, and the sum of the first power value and the second power value is used for determining whether the second sub-signal is sent. The present application improves the determination mode of sending power of a terminal, thereby improving the system performance."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 01, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/129078.
