Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Methods, Devices, And Computer Readable Storage Medium For Communication' Filed by Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.

MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517096087 A) filed by Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., Guangdong, China, on Oct. 6, for 'methods, devices, and computer readable storage medium for communication.'

Inventor(s) include Chitrakar, Rojan; Huang, Lei; Wu, Kuan; and Li, Yunbo.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Example embodiments relate to methods, devices and a computer readable storage medium for communication. In an example method, a first terminal device assigns a first subset of blocks in a set of blocks of a block-based time structure to a second device or a set of devices including the second device; and transmits to the second device, an indication message indicating that the first subset of blocks are assigned to the second device or the set of devices. This way, the power waste can be avoided for the second device in listening to all the blocks."

The patent application was internationally filed on Mar. 30, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/085220.
