MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514029950 A) filed by Schneider Electric USA, Inc., Boston, on March 28, for 'methods and systems for generating programmable logic controller code using large language models.'

The input data is analyzed to retrieve relevant information from a large corpus including a plurality of libraries. One or more prompts are generated based on the relevant information, and the one or more prompts are used to generate programmable logic controller (PLC) code including a sequence of operations for controlling the automated machine."
