MUMBAI, India, Aug. 22 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411009624 A) filed by Amity University, New Delhi, on Feb. 12, 2024, for 'millet composite based bakery product and method for preparation thereof.'

Inventor(s) include Gaurang Jain; Astha Jangid; Naveen Kumar; and Arun Kumar Pandey.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 22, under issue no. 34/2025.
