MUMBAI, India, July 25 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202547068310 A) filed by Qualcomm Incorporated, San Diego, on July 17, for 'mitigating the impacts of narrowband spur field of the disclosure.'

Inventor(s) include Hosseini, Kianoush; Jiang, Jing; Han, Yonghee; Yoo, Jae Won; and Suresh, Vinayak.

The application for the patent was published on July 25, under issue no. 30/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A scheduled entity transmits an indication of frequency resources that have different transmission requirements from those of other frequency resources in a smallest frequency domain scheduling unit that comprises the frequency resources for the scheduled entity. The scheduled entity receives, from a scheduling entity, signaling indicating at least one characteristic of how a channel is to be scheduled on the frequency resources from a scheduling entity. The scheduled entity communicates with the scheduling entity in accordance with the at least one characteristic."

The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 22, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/016915.
