According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A mobile autonomous vehicle towing system, comprises of a load-bearing mobile chassis 101, a towing assembly to selectively tow two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers, an occupancy detection module to detect presence of living beings inside a target enclosure and to inhibit towing upon detection, a violation detection and identification module to detect parking or traffic violations and associate a target object with a violation record, a digital challan management module to generate, transmit, and manage electronic violation records, a communication module to provide real-time tracking, notification, and data synchronization through a cloud-based platform 111, an image capturing means 110 for recording visual evidence of a target object, an arc-shaped frame 105 with the hydraulic lifting structure 104 to elevate a portion of a wheeled object from a supporting surface, and a vision-assisted alignment module to identify an unobstructed surface region for code placement."
