MUMBAI, India, June 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202414090610 A) filed by Thales; and Ba Healthcare, Meudon, France, on Nov. 21, 2024, for 'modular medical imaging system.'
Inventor(s) include Nuzzo Stefania; Royer Guillaume; Guirimand Jean-Baptiste; Coustaud Nicolas; Pottier-Vincent David; and Rieffel Francois.
The application for the patent was published on June 6, under issue no. 23/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The invention relates to a medical imaging system comprising: - a support (2) having a frame (20); and - at least two wheels (21) assembled directly or indirectly to the frame (20) so as to allow said support (2) to be moved; - a medical imaging device; - a control device (4) configured to control the medical imaging device (3); and - an electric power supply device (5) configured to supply electrical energy to the medical imaging device and/or the control device (4), the medical imaging device, the control device (4) and the electric power supply device (5) each being configured to be removably assembled to the support (2)."
