A plurality of lateral vents (118) formed through the plurality of box side walls (108) releases steam toward an external environment. A raised support assembly (120) positioned above the box base floor (106) maintains an elevated position for a food supporting structure while defining a vertical air gap. A moisture absorbing element (132) positioned on an interior surface of the lid top panel (116) absorbs moisture present within the internal cavity of the outer container (102)."
