MUMBAI, India, July 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517057782 A) filed by The Japan Steel Works, Ltd., Tokyo, on June 16, for 'molding condition estimation method, program, estimation devece, display device and generation method for learning model.'
Inventor(s) include Yokomizo, Kazuya; Ishiguro, Ryo; and Kimura, Koichi.
The application for the patent was published on July 4, under issue no. 27/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided is a molding condition estimation method or the like with which a molding condition can be suitably estimated. In this molding condition estimation method, a computer performs processing to acquire a film temperature requested for a film molded by a film molding machine and estimate a molding condition satisfying the acquired film temperature using an estimation model that shows a state of either the film molding machine to perform extrusion molding or a film molded by the film molding machine, is constructed on the basis of molding information during molding detected by a detection device and a film temperature predicted from the molding information, and estimates a molding condition with respect to the film temperature."
The patent application was internationally filed on Oct. 11, 2023, under International application No.PCT/JP2023/036824.
