MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517068120 A) filed by Crenature Co. Ltd., Gangwon, Republic of Korea, on July 17, for 'mosquito repellent composition and method for producing same.'
Inventor(s) include Kim, Do-Young; Lee, Ki-Hoon; and Choi, Woo-Jun.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 14, under issue no. 46/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A mosquito repellent composition according to the present invention may be produced by: forming a mixture by mixing 100 to 500 parts by weight of each of Cinnamomum cassia, Amomi Fructus, Chrysanthmi Flos, Agastache rugosa, root of Angelica dahurica, nutmeg, mint, and fennel; preparing a mixed solution by mixing 100 parts by weight of the mixture with 100-700 parts by weight of an ethanol solvent in which the concentration of ethanol is 70-95%; and then performing low-temperature ultrasonic extraction on the mixed solution to extract an effective ingredient extract."
The patent application was internationally filed on Aug. 08, 2023, under International application No.PCT/KR2023/011688.
