P, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, on April 18, for 'multi-core adaptive sentiment-calibrated cyberbullying detection device with hybrid contextual-statistical feature fusion and intelligent resampling architecture.'
Inventor(s) include Mr. Tarun Sunil; Mr. Advaith Rakshan; Mr. George Jacob Scaria; and Dr. Sabitha. P.
The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Multi-Core Adaptive Sentiment-Calibrated Cyberbullying Detection Device with Hybrid Contextual-Statistical Feature Fusion and Intelligent Resampling Architecture Abstract Digital safety and edge computing intelligence have seen impressive innovation with the Multi-Core Adaptive Sentiment-Calibrated Cyberbullying Detection Device. Online harassment continues to increase in complexity, and this invention employs an advanced hardware-software system to localize and provide proactive real-time protection. The system uses an integrated hybrid contextual-statistical feature fusion engine to move beyond association with mere keywords. The device uses the mathematical frequency of words to figure out the emotional context of the words to differentiate social interactions and harassment. The framework features an intelligent mechanism for resampling to manage data dis/imbalance so that instances of bullying, even if faint, are not missed. The processing occurs inside a secure closed enclosure in a prioritized data blind design to avoid constant connection to the cloud. The interface contains an adaptive-sentiment calibration dashboard to show the emotional state of the communication, including triggers like anger or aggression. This leads to the ability to intervene and configure different social settings. Performance during a high level of analysis for an extended period of time is ensured with the incorporation of a streamlined thermal structure and intuitive visual feedback indicators. This device offers predetermined protection for digital ecosystems, and with advanced artificial intelligence, educational institutes, and households can provide a safe and respectful digital culture."
