The Multi-Edge Soft Tissue Therapy tool (100) includes a plurality of edge portions (102-1, 102-2, 102-3, 102-4), a first gripping slot (104), a first cushioning member (106), a pair of second gripping slots (108), and a second cushioning member (110). The plurality of edge portions (102-1, 102-2, 102-3, 102-4) defines a periphery of the tool (100). The first gripping slot (104) may be formed along a length of the tool (100) and is adapted to receive a palm of a user. The first cushioning member (106) is positioned on a periphery of the first gripping slot (104) and is adapted to support the palm of the user. The pair of second gripping slots (108) is formed adjacent to the first gripping slot (104) and is adapted to receive a pair of fingers of the user."
