MUMBAI, India, July 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511061203 A) filed by Recharga Chargine Private Limited, Jaipur, Rajasthan, on June 26, for 'multi-stator multi-rotor generator with axial and radial flux.'
Inventor(s) include Sharma, Sehej; and Ali Electricwala.
The application for the patent was published on July 11, under issue no. 28/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A multi-stator multi-rotor generator system (100) comprising a central shaft (102) defining a rotational axis, first and second rotor discs (104, 106) coaxially mounted on the shaft with permanent magnets (108) arranged on their inner faces, a stationary copper disc (110) positioned between the rotor discs with axial copper windings and a central bearing hub (114), first and second housings (116, 118) with radial copper windings, and a wiring harness (120) for current transfer. The permanent magnets simultaneously generate multi-directional magnetic flux to create multiple independent power generation zones through spatially separated stator assemblies. This hybrid axial and radial flux configuration improves electromagnetic efficiency and power density compared to conventional single-flux generators. The system enables continuous energy storage charging during operation and allows charging to continue even after the rotating mechanism is turned off, making it suitable for renewable energy applications including wind turbines, hydroelectric plants, and industrial production lines."
