MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202421022186 A) filed by Borosil Renewables Limited, Maharashtra, on March 22, 2024, for 'multiloop anti-reflection coating liquid circulation system.'
Inventor(s) include Navin Singh; and Shravan Kapri.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Multiloop Anti-Reflection Coating Liquid Circulation System This invention presents a continuous closed-loop liquid circulation system designed for anti-reflection coating (ARC) applications, ensuring uniform mixing, precise 5 delivery, and efficient reuse of the coating solution. The system comprises a primary reservoir with vessels for ARC liquid and solvent, coupled with multiple mixer distribution tanks equipped with axial stirring structures for homogeneous mixing. One tank remains empty as a backup reservoir, enabling uninterrupted operation. A network of manifold distributors, delivery lines, and peristaltic pumps facilitates 10 controlled liquid flow to a coating roller positioned above a conveyor belt. Excess liquid is filtered by a downstream filtration unit and recirculated, minimizing waste. The system integrates automatic tank switching based on liquid level thresholds, ensuring continuous supply. Additionally, the system incorporates safety valves, meniscus structures for enhanced mixing, and specific gravity monitoring to maintain 15 optimal solution concentration. This innovation enhances coating efficiency, reduces solvent consumption, and ensures consistent ARC application in industrial processes."
