This makes the treatment more effective, since it is much faster than when performed with products without a thermal effect. Furthermore, since use of the present invention together with heat or cold shortens the treatment time, this motivates the patient to continue the treatment, significantly reducing treatment evasion (withdrawal). The multipurpose thermal accessory for pelvic physiotherapy (100) is characterised in that it contains a flexible body (01), a rounded tip (02) to the body (01), a limiter (03) of the body (01), a cap (04) of the body (01), a cavity (05) inside the body (01), and material (15) with thermal properties to be inserted into the cavity (05)."
