MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202514027720 A) filed by Schott Pharma Schweiz Ag, St. Gallen, Switzerland, on March 25, for 'nest with movable protrusions for pharmaceutical containers.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Berlinger, Marcel; and Walcher, Ulrich.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 7, under issue no. 45/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A structure comprising a plurality of receptacles, wherein a. said receptacles are adapted and arranged for receiving a plurality of contain-ers; b. each receptacle, of the plurality of receptacles, comprises a sidewall defining an interior of a respective receptacle, wherein i. at least one protrusion is arranged on the sidewall and extends into the interior of the respective receptacle, ii. the at least one protrusion has a first end and a further end, wherein A. the first end is arranged opposite the further end, B. the first end is attached to the sidewall; wherein at least one section of the further end of the at least one protrusion is adapted and arranged to be movable with respect to the sidewall on which said protrusion is arranged."
