MUMBAI, India, May 1 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611027665 A) filed by Forensixai Technologies Private Limited, New Delhi, on March 9, for 'network data-path quarantine and proportional traffic shaping system.'

Inventor(s) include Dhruv Dawar.

The application for the patent was published on May 1, under issue no. 18/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Disclosed is a system for network data-path quarantine and proportional traffic shaping. The system includes at least one computing device having at least one processor and at least one non-transitory memory, a network interface controller to process ingress and egress network packets, a network packet processor to generate detection data representative of anomalous network behavior using an artificial intelligence technique, a response control register arrangement to generate at least one enforcement control signal, and a traffic control interface integrated within the network interface controller. The traffic control interface applies traffic enforcement actions at line rate within a physical data path and independent of operating-system-level policy propagation, thereby subjecting suspicious network traffic to proportional containment while permitting non-suspicious traffic to remain transmitted."
