Abstract: The present invention discloses NEUROCANCEL-X, low-cost early-stage cancer detection and prevention system that integrates neuromorphic computing with multi- modal biomarker sensing for accessible cancer screening. The system includes neuromorphic processing unit (NPU-Mini) implementing spiking neural network on an FPGA operating below 10 mW, enabling fast and energy-efficient analysis. An integrated biomarker sensing module combines electrochemical liquid biopsy, breath volatile organic compound (VOC) analysis, and microbiome profiling, while Bayesian multi-modal fusion engine enhances diagnostic accuracy by integrating evidence across independent modalities. A wearable microneedle-based patch continuously samples interstitial fluid for seven-day biomarker monitoring. The system employs federated learning with differential privacy to preserve patient confidentiality by eliminating raw data transfer. NEUROCANCEL-X achieves 89.3% pan-cancer sensitivity and 95.2% specificity, delivers results in under three minutes, costs only $2–4 per test, and can be deployed through village health units at $40–60 per device, enabling affordable, scalable screening in low- and middle-income countries.
