MUMBAI, India, Nov. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517097009 A) filed by Affirma Biotech S. L., Barcelona, Spain, on Oct. 8, for 'novel pd-l1 inhibitors.'
Inventor(s) include Berges Fraile, Isabel; Almansa Rosales, Carmen; and Basu, Sujay.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to compounds for modulating PD-1/PD-L1 protein/protein interaction that are useful in the treatment of various diseases associated with over-expression of PD-1/PD-L1, including infectious diseases and cancer.
