MUMBAI, India, Oct. 31 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411023143 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on March 24, 2024, for 'object/ goods transferring assistive device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An object/ goods transferring assistive device, comprising a rectangular shaped frame 1 positioned by a user on a ground surface, plurality of rods 2 positions the frame 1 at an optimum height, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 3 to evaluate a 3D mapping, a touch interactive display panel 4 is accessed by a user to select an area of said surrounding where said object/ goods is to be transferred, plurality of motorized rollers 5 installed on the frame 1 each connected with each other via a scissor arrangement translates of object or goods from one end to another, a weight sensor detects weight of the object or good that is to be translated, a gyroscope detects misbalancing of the accommodated object and plurality of motorized hinge joint 6 positions a rectangular plate 7 for creating a boundary on said frame 1."
