MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411014267 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali, Punjab, on Feb. 27, 2024, for 'object alignment device.'
Inventor(s) include Ramandeep Deorda; Ravinder Singh; Rachin Goyal; and Piyush Kumar.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An object alignment device comprises of a U-shaped extendable frame 1 developed to be gripped by a user firmly via accessing a handle 2 configured on outer surface of the frame 1, allowing the user to place the frame 1 in proximity to objects, an artificial intelligence based image capturing module 3 installed on the frame 1 for capturing multiple images of the objects the user desired to align, an ultrasonic sensor integrated within the frame 1 for determining gap in between the objects, multiple telescopic pushers 4 installed on inner surface of the frame 1 to reduce gap in between the objects, a laser sensor for determining proper alignment of objects, an electromagnetic spring 5 coiled around pusher to provide an additional support to the pusher."
