MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517085573 A) filed by Daikin Industries, Ltd., Osaka, Japan, on Sept. 9, for 'oxygen concentrator.'
Inventor(s) include Nagaoka, Namiharu; Kondo, Keita; Mochizuki, Osamu; Yamamoto, Kenta; Nakamura, Hirofumi; and Oshikawa, Takero.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An oxygen concentration device M comprises: an adsorption cylinder 20 that has an adsorbent for selectively adsorbing nitrogen from raw air and that generates high-concentration oxygen; and a humidifying device 30 that humidifies the generated high-concentration oxygen. The humidifying device 30 is provided with a winding body 32 that comprises a humidifying tube 31 for imparting moisture existing outside to the high concentration oxygen passing through the inside, and that is constituted by winding one humidifying tube 31 around a virtual axis P."
The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 09, 2024, under International application No.PCT/JP2024/004486.
