MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517079983 A) filed by Datang Mobile Communications Equipment Co. Ltd., Beijing, on Aug. 22, for 'performance evaluation method and apparatus.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Provided are a performance evaluation method and apparatus. The method, applied to a terminal device, comprises: receiving a first reference signal sent by a network device, a transmission parameter of the first reference signal being determined by the network device on the basis of channel state information (CSI), and the CSI being determined on the basis of a target object and/or the CSI being transmitted on the basis of the target object; and evaluating the performance of the target object on the basis of the received first reference signal."
