The method (100) loads a knowledge graph including disease nodes connected to nutrient nodes and nutrient nodes connected to food nodes. The method (100) traverses the knowledge graph from the identified health conditions to determine required nutrient nodes. The method (100) filters food nodes connected to the required nutrient nodes based on the physical characteristics. The method (100) generates a list of personalized food recommendations based on the filtered food nodes."
