MUMBAI, India, June 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517045979 A) filed by Corteva Agriscience Llc, Indianapolis, on May 13, for 'pesticidal composition containing a compound comprising a 1,2,4-triazol group and a 4-oxothiazol group and another pesticide.'

Inventor(s) include Giampietro, Natalie C; O'Neal, Scott; Watson, Gerald; Gaspar, Adam; Kirk, Daniel; and Rule, Dwain.

The application for the patent was published on June 6, under issue no. 23/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "This disclosure relates to the field of molecules having pesticidal utility against pests in Phyla Arthropoda, Mollusca, and Nematoda, processes to produce such molecules, intermediates used in such processes, and processes of using such pesticidal compositions against such pests. These pesticidal compositions may be used, for example, as acaricides, insecticides, miticides, molluscicides, and nematicides."

The patent application was internationally filed on Nov. 07, 2023, under International application No.PCT/US2023/078905.
