MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013500 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 24, 2024, for 'plastic tank cap manufacturing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A plastic tank cap manufacturing device, comprises of a housing 1 installed with a chamber 2 stored with plastic flakes, a touch-enabled screen 3 to input the dimensions of the plastic tank cap to be manufactured, a motorized iris lid 4 for dispensing the plastic flakes, plurality of heating units 6 for melting the plastic flakes, multiple set of dies 7 for collecting the liquid plastic, a motorized slider 8 for aligning the cylindrical hollow member 5, a threaded bar to transfer the liquid paste towards an electronic valve 9, a telescopically operated rod 10 for moving the dies 7, a telescopically operated pusher 11 to push the plastic tank cap onto a platform 12, a camera 13 mounted for capturing multiple images of the plastic tank cap, and a speaker 14 mounted to notify the user to collect the plastic tank cap."
