A scanner chamber 102 equipped with an AI-powered camera 103, LED reading board, and clamping assembly 108 captures and digitizes medical reports with safety interlocks. The processing and control unit analyzes patient conditions, supported by an IoT communication module and encryption sub-module for secure data transmission. The storage unit 104 with weight and level sensors monitors medicines, while the cutting and dispensing module prepares accurate dosages for the patient. The weather forecasting module evaluates environmental conditions via GPS and sensors, recommending region-specific medicines, and the printing unit 106 generates personalized diet plans, medicine schedules, and precautionary guidance, ensuring secure, precise, and field-ready healthcare delivery."
