MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011188 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 10, for 'portable sd cards and pen drives storage device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Aneesh Wunnava.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A portable SD cards and pen drives storage device, comprises of a frame 101 developed to be positioned on a fixed surface, multiple suction cups 102 for affixing frame 101 with surface, a plate 103 having multiple flaps 104 for accommodating SD cards, a pair of pivot joints for providing angular movement to plate 103, a display panel 105 mounted on frame 101 for enabling user to input details, a motorized sliding arrangement for creating gaping in between the plate 103s, an image capturing module 106 to determine a type of SD card that user in holding, a laser projection unit to guide user in positioning the SD cards, plurality of motorized pop-out balls to pop out SD card from plate 103, plurality of sliding units integrated with multiple motorized clamping units for acquiring a grip on pen drive."
